I don't want you to be sorry that you can't talk about it. I just know it's really hard and really lonely to have no one to talk to. I think it helps to talk about things that are out of your control especially- to at least get it out, even if no one is listening. Have you thought about writing out your circumstance and feelings (on paper, online where no one can read it, wherever)? That might help if you can't talk about it.

Anyway, truly, I hope things work out for the best.
