Grace is a minor plot point. Otherwise, she would be in every episode rather than on occasion. And she is a past love of Finch's. Not a current one. Finch can't be with her and happy because that would give the bad guys a target to use against Finch. That's what I have a problem with. No current loves. If Reese was Finch's old flame and Finch was pining for him from afar, then I would have no problem with that storyline. Same thing with Reese and Jessica. It's in the past. Not current.

Oh, and I've never seen any hints that Zoe and Reese have slept together.

I don't mind with Fusco and Carter because they aren't the ones hiding from all of the bad guys. Though the way this show is set up, something will happen with their love interests. We already found out that Carter's interest is the godson of the head of HR. Fusco's has "disposable target" written all over his. Mind you, both are still minor plot points. The story doesn't hinge on whether Fusco is going out with someone. Carter's storyline is more tied to HR than the romantic aspect.
