Uneventful but irritating.

Anticlimactic.

But I got to eat cake and chocolate, plus I spent the day with family. It was nice.

Rocked at two parties, lots of enjoyable food I probably shouldn't eat for the rest of the year. Soooo much chocolate!

I kinda regret that stupid people didn't kill themselves en masse.

Last night I slept well for the first time in months. It was great.

I'm waiting out for the end of this day just to be sure that the aliens don't invade like The X-Files said they would.

Oddly enough, both my fiancee and I had our office parties scheduled for yesterday afternoon/evening.

Aaaaand they were both cancelled due to the death or illness of a boss's loved one.

That was slightly creepy, but I stayed in and wrapped presents and made blueberry bread pudding and watched my Pistons beat the snot out of the Wizards, so it's all cool here.

Pretty awesome. Got a raise at work and spent the evening babysitting two of my favorite kids, they're practically my niece and nephew.

Unpleasant, but not because of the apocalypse hysteria. I had another fight with my parents over my weight.

Miserable. I caught a 24 hours bug on Thursday and spent the whole of yesterday lamenting the cruelty of the world while lying shivering in bed, throwing up everything I tried to put into my stomach.

I didn't even realise that it was the 21st until I checked up on yesterday's F!S post today.

Congested. I have a cold.

Happily lolling about it all over the place in the morning

Incredibly frustrating babysitting in the afternoon (same 30 min christmas special played over and over)

Topped off with end of the world movies including 2012 'cause I love that piece of shit

My wrist is jacked up from the temporary job I got roped into (I wasn't told it was temporary, otherwise I would've turned it down), which ended yesterday after four days of work and most likely won't need me ever again, which means I'm back to job hunting, and I got an email telling me that I don't have enough credits to graduate. So not only do I not have a degree, but I might not be able to get another job anytime soon, either, because now I'm limited by the injury to my dominant hand which is keeping me from doing much of anything on my own for an extended period of time.

I wish the world had ended. Then I wouldn't have to deal with all this bullshit.

Worst. Apocalypse. Ever. Whoever runs these things really need to get their act together.

I spent part of the day with arms full of rescue kittens, but a larger part cleaning litter trays and changing dirty bedding. So uh. It had its ups and downs.

No Jesus yet. Still waiting.

Got drunk, met a lot of awesome new people.

Completely forgot it was supposed to be the end of the world and whatnot.

Like any Friday. Topped off nicely with eating a pot brownie and enjoying the hell out of Twizzlers and M&M's.

Got a crackling headache and possibly food poisoning. Not even at a party. Also another box of oranges has materialized somehow, and my roommates appear to have stopped hiding the original one.

T minus 30 minutes til they try hiding the new one.

Worked, went out for sushi, spent time on XBL with friends.

So like any other Friday. ;)
