I ordered the book from Amazon, and even though the store charged me and sent two emails assuring me they'd totally get around to sending the book out, it never arrived.

It's among the saddest I've ever been. That website is sensational.

Agreed with the other comments. Write them a stiffly worded e-mail and get your refund, because that just isn't right. :(

Thank you for mentioning there's a book, I didn't know that (agreed the site is fantastic)! Refunding through Amazon worked for me when a store owner didn't respond to the last couple emails I sent for a book that didn't arrive.
