OP, this used to be my life. Holy shit the kind of idiots I slept with. One of them was like ultra-hot, too, but it didn't turn out to be worth it because the sex would end and I'd be like why are you still here.

Buy a vibrator or alternately some amazing lube to masturbate with until you can find someone at least tolerable, because sex is just not worth wanting to punch someone in the face afterward.
