There's this thing my mom makes sometimes, the Italian oven dinner. Basically it's potato wedges, green pepper, Italian sausage, and chicken thighs all baked in one dish. Pretty sure the only seasoning is olive oil and salt and pepper. And it's about the most delicious comforting thing. Sometimes I even ask for it on my birthday, even though it's really easy to make.

I love fried chicken (and chicken and waffles) but we never make it at home. But my sister and I had a tradition of getting it during finals week when we were in college. (Albertson's makes really good fried chicken!)
