Nice big bowl of homemade pho! My sister and my mom usually make super awesome broths. My sister gets way into it too if she's making pho. Also, I love spring rolls my mom makes. And this Viet dish that I don't know the name of. It's vermicelli noodles with thin slices of beef (sometimes we add in shrimp)vthat had been cooked with thin slices of onions and minced garlic and some oyster sauce topped with a spicy sauce made from chopped Thai peppers, lemon (sometimes lime) juice, sugar water, fish sauce and water for diluting (sometimes we add in chopped bits of peanuts). We also add in lettuce, cilantro, slivers of carrots, green onions and bean sprouts, but most times it's just lettuce and cilantro. SO FREAKING GOOD.

I also love, love, love potatoes, especially fries.
