I'm a manager at a movie theater and have been pretty much on shift every night since the movie was released (give or take a day). We've got it on multiple screens including our big IMax (I could probably calculate how many showings I've been present for... but I don't feel like it) - and I've not had 1 person request their money back because they were 'grossed out' and couldn't eat their popcorn because of Radagast.
That's just ridiculously entitled and silly. I'd laugh in their faces if they did ask! If you're that worried about the content of a movie (that's got an age-appropriate rating) bothering you in some specific way - look that shit up first.
