Not a movie, but I'm totally going to pimp Bomb Girls - a Canadian show set in a munitions factory during WWII with a primarily female cast. It was originally intended to be a mini-series, so it's only got 6 episodes so far, but they're working on a second season now. It's got a great lesbian character and great (and mostly) female characters all around.

You may have already seen them, too, but The Hours, Kissing Jessica Stein and Fingersmith are also really good.
