Tumblr ruined my Merlin finale viewing experience for me. I had a peek before I watched the finale, saw a GIF of some affectionate headbutting with Percival and Gwaine, went PHWOAR because I ship those two like mad...

...then I watched the episode and learned the context of that scene D':

No idea what the context is 'cos I don't watch Merlin, but this reminds me of my favorite form of schadenfreude: when I stumble across someone on Tumblr liveblogging their first watchthrough of Doctor Who and using this gif to express the depths of their feeeeeelings about Ten:

Oh my god, those exact liveblog/gif combos crack me up so much too. Ten's more common, but I think I've seen - only once or twice - someone express Season One/Two Rose feels with a Doomsday gif.
