How very cute. Yes, she could have done that, and she would have been very lucky, too. People are assholes, and in a prison riot for instance, women at all present tend to get raped. Repeatedly. I would assume that a living representation of the unfair system which had lately done nothing but fuck them from above, metaphorically, would offer too much vulnerability to pass up to an angry mob of rioters.

I bet GRRM would never show the fact that men get raped in prison. Which is I think the driving point behind of all this. There's a lot of "realistic" rape in asoiaf, but it's never done against men.

Exactly what I was going to point out. If Cersei suffered HALF of what Theon did, we'd never hear the end of it from the SJWs.

I'd rather not have anyone being raped, male or female. I don't like reading about it and I think it kind of comes across as the lazy route to giving a character a troubled past. It can be utilized well, but in most instances it's not, and this is especially true in worlds where rape is made to be a more common thing.

It's happened at least once. There was one instance where a minor male character was complaining about some crewmen of a ship "using him as a woman" or something.
