I don't know the degree of drunkness of the guy involved in this scenario, so it could have been a case of both their judgment being impaired and sex happening when it should not have. But implying that if you get drunk and someone who is far more sober than you takes advantage of that to have sex with you is your fault and that the only way it's not your fault is if you're roofied is shitty. And seeming like a willing participant (although if she was drunk enough to black out I HIGHLY DOUBT that was the case) does not equal consent, especially when that that person has had a lot to drink. Attitudes like yours are what lead people to thinking it's totally cool to have sex with someone who's wasted because they seem into it or they're too drunk to say no.

And honestly, having sex when you're incredibly drunk is a bad idea all around, whether it's just one or both parties that are drunk.
