NAYRT. So what would you do? You see two people at a party kissing or otherwise seemingly and willingly having a good time. Both are drunk. Do you go and stop them, because you don't think that one or the other is in perfect condition to consent? Or do you leave them alone to continue in peace, like I would? People are not obligated to constantly play guardian to others.

The right thing to do is to keep an eye on someone who is probably visibly blackout drunk or nearly, yeah. I don't understand the argument that says "well, it's not MY job to look after everyone" personally, sorry, how is that even a question? It is possible to have fun at a party and still be vigilant of yourself and others.

If you see someone who can barely stand on their feet being carried off, then sure, you should go check if everything is fine. But checking on completely drunk, although conscious, people who are going somewhere more private, isn't usually appreciated and most likely you just get both accusing you of being a creeper.
