From the beginning, GRRM really sexualizes the 13 year old Dany, and shows what (to me) comes across as a rather creepy fixation on her figure, particularly her breasts. Let's note the amount of mentions the 13 year old Danerys breasts get in A Game of Thrones alone, shall we?:
