It's amazing how much of Derailing For Dummies has been repurposed for abusing and bullying others. I wonder how the author(s) of that site would feel about that.

I've wondered the same myself.

The concepts in Derailing is for empowering those who are genuinely in a disadvantage situation of being bullied, disenfranchised, etc, and when peeps use it as a peer group acceptance and to alienate and shame others, it harms those who really need it.

I'm not sure they really care about how it might harm others. It's all about scoring points and getting asspats.
