It's not wrong. It just means that you've a mal-adpated coward. You are incapable of handling real world interactions, and they frighten you, so you escape into a fake world in which you don't have to present your true self.

The reality is that your true self sucks. That's why you don't get along with people in the real world. That's why you have to escape into fantasy. You are a pathetic waste of oxygen, and the tragedy of modern society is that we've made it possible for you to feel like you actually matter.

It's easier to find people you share common interests with online than it is in the real world so preferring social interaction in cyberspace doesn't necessarily make one a coward. And IME if your "true self" sucks you tend to be just as unpopular online as you are off if not more so because people, like you clearly, are even less likely to be polite.

I don't know. I always hope that this kind of comment is fired off in the heat of anger, or in a depressive downswing -- a temporary state of mind.
