1. Get a refill of your meds.

2. Get someone to tattle on you if you don't take your meds - if you don't want to deal with anyone, tell the pharmacy to alert your doctor if you run out of refills or ought to have run out of refills.

3. Take your meds.

Just do it. Don't think about it. Don't rationalize it. Don't try to find a good reason for doing it. Just do it.

Your brain chemistry is busy trying to curbstomp you from within, and doing things that are good for you regardless of how little your brain chemistry is making you care is your way of fighting back.

Every time you make the right choice despite your crushing lack of motivation and willpower, that's a victory for you.
