Yes all over the place to your second paragraph. Disney makes movies with the specific intention of wanting a whole family to see a movie, that means the adults should enjoy it just as much as the kids. That means they put just as much care into the story as they would if it were a movie just for adults.

There is a HUGE difference between entertainment made just for kids and entertainment made for all ages. If someone wants to know the difference they should try watching some of the entertainment for young kids and try not getting bored or annoyed.
