I think childlings' rant was both misdirected (shouldn't have been at OP) and over-vehement, but there is a point buried under the cursing. Just because you need to vent about a particular person or some particular people doesn't make it ok to shit on an entire group of people who just happen to share one personality trait, and it doesn't matter whether than conversation is happening online or irl.
