By "middle name + the street you grew up on", mine's Roxanne 53rd. Which is boring. But change it to "the street you live on" and it's now Roxanne Jewell. Or Roxanne Diamond. Either of which are awesome. Actually, thinking about it, Roxy Diamond would be a kick-ass alias in general.

And rereading the thread, it looks like "first pet + street" is the one people use, which would change the Roxanne to Jappy. Jappy 53rd is terrible.
