I'm excluding things like Maud Hart Lovelace, L.M. Montgomery, even Diana Wynne Jones, and mythology because while I really like them they're not things I was actively fannish about. The major ones would be:

Star Wars--> Star Trek (TNG, then Voyager, then DS9 with TOS reruns throughout)--> Sailor Moon--> Cowboy Bebop--> Harry Potter--> Vorkosigan Saga--> Sandman--> Doctor Who--> Fringe.
