Yes, same. My back hurts so much less now. My situation is a little odd, though. I have scoliosis, and I have fibromyalgia. The place where the bra strap sits? Is where both the scoliosis bump and two fibro tender points are. Whee. -_-

Randomly, as someone who hates bra bands, I found that these are actually pretty damn comfortable, and can be worn with the shoulder straps quite loose, because its the entire body of the garment that's actually supporting the breasts: http://www.unbelievabra.com/styles.html

Of course, if you can do without a bra at all, that's probably a great idea! Mine are unfortunately large and pendulous, and like to flop around. Fine to leave out for chilling around home or just going to the theater, but not so good for going to work or doing physical activity. :c
