I feel like I keep coming back for tech support to this thread!

Ok so I have the Sims 3 installed on my computer, but the disc is at my apartment. I tried to redeem it by registering it with its code on Origin, but Origin told me that my code had already been used and was invalid. I tried registering my game with EA and it told me my code was invalid. I tried a mod that would supposedly open my game but I couldn't figure out how it was supposed to work.

Does anyone know how I can figure this thing out?

Have you registered it before with another email/account or possibly got the spelling wrong?

What mod are you using to open it, just a general crack?

No I hadn't previously edited it.

I also hadn't previously registered it. I'm trying to now but it won't let me :P My spelling is definitely correct.

The mod is Twallans NO CD mod but I can't figure out how to use it.

Is it possible that someone else used the code? [A friend? Or did you buy it used?]

I have no idea what it could be. I never lent it out.

Edit: I think I may have lost the code last time I installed it and then used a borrowed one this time.

Maybe I'll just buy a new downloaded copy :P It's only 15 dollars.
