23. I tried to get into Claymore, I really did... a little too graphic for me... but everytime I see mention of the series it makes me wanna listen to "Danzai no Hana ~Guilty Sky~"

How is it a little too graphic? I'm just honestly curious *tilts head* I have a love/hate relationship with Claymore's soundtrack; most of it are so cheesy and rpg-ish I always go aaaargghh.

For a shojo fan slowly transitioning to shounen, scenes like Clare getting impaled in the stomach are a little squicky.

As for the soundtrack? I'm a huge BeForU fan, so I was instantly turned on to the fact Kosaka Riyu does the ending theme, which is the reason I started watching in the first place.

Aaah, point taken, although I do think we really are supposed to feel squicky from those scenes; the gore and violence does get worse though, so yeah, it's not for everyone.

Well, you gotta admit with episode 21... it WAS graphic. Characters being sliced in two, one having her arms pulled off, one crushed to death, and another being cleaved in two with a freakin' fingernail?

It's a bit much for some.

Hah, yeah. I kinda forgot that not everyone's as disentisized to blood and gore as me.
