Re: fanfic clichés you hate

I'm a big fan of SessKag fics and yes, I agree, many seem to be the same beginning scenario, but I for one usually love what happens after she runs to him if the story is well written. People have written some very interesting follow ups to that scenario.

...besides that Inuyasha IS a dick. It's such an easy scenario to write. xD

As for the 'Sesshoumaru inevitably is always the CEO of a company', I could only ever see him as famous, rich and popular or as a rich recluse who likes to travel. I read a ficlet once where he was an ice cream seller but other than finding it hilarious, as was the author's intention (who also complained that everyone saw him as a CEO), I could never see it as a plausible job for him.

tl;dr I totally understand where you're coming from. I just never get tired of reading my OTPs even if the scenarios are repetitive, about high school, about pirates or ninjas, about ninja pirates in high school etc etc. As long as it's plausible and in possession of good grammar/spelling/sentence structure I can totally deal. xD
