There are a number of individuals who take OP to task for not watching more than one episode. This thread admonishes the OP for not watching the whole thing, despite the OP's lack of interest. And there's a thread a little ways down that suggests that OP cannot possibly be familiar with sci-fi, because if OP was familiar, then OP would understand that it's necessary for one to stick with a show even when one dislikes it.

To me, that all smacks of "you haven't tried hard enough."
