When you're on an interface like LJ that says things like "Post a Comment", its not difficult.

The only thing that threw me a bit for a loop was actually finding communities (Never used that tool) and finally figuring out that the Friends page did not bond me and someone else for life

And? That doesn't change the fact that, for some people, lj is more confusing for them than tumblr, and vice versa.

No doubt; As I said, I got the...what, main idea of LJ quickly but it took me years to understand all of it.
