I never watched TNG or DS9 (the former I disliked what I saw, the latter never seems to be on where I am), but the rest, sure!

TOS: The Corbomite Maneuver and Assignment: Earth are probably tied. They're such delightful twists on the standard formula, the character interactions are interesting and pretty damn convincing too.

Voyager: Basics--the entire two parter, Before and After, Worst Case Scenario, Message in a Bottle, Living Witness, Night, Bride of Chaotica!, Someone to Watch Over Me, 11:59, The Haunting of Deck 12, Drive, Shattered, Q2, and Friendship One...eheh. Voyager was and still is my favourite series, I love a lot of it.

Enterprise: Shuttlepod One and Similitude, depends on what mood I'm in. The former is for funnies, the latter if I really need something upsetting.
