Really? I could've sworn she said something about a sex scene, because I remember going like "WTF that is fucked up" when I saw it, and if it was just a kiss it wouldn't have even registered as skeevy to me at the time I watched it.... now I wanna rewatch and see what gave me the impression there was going to be rape involved.

Yeah, no sexual molestation. TMoHS isn't Evangelion for Christ's sake. Maybe you thought that because they played up the scene for drama? Haruhi was trying to get Mikuru drunk so she wouldn't be shy about kissing Koizumi which is fucked up but not that fucked up.

Anyway, Haruhi pretty much realized she was in the wrong afterward.
