Oofuri characters are all high school aged, just FYI. And I would hardly say they all even LOOK young... some of them actually look like old men! And then some of them look like the dude in my icon. :)

My feeling is that Oofuri makes more of an attempt to be realistic in how it portrays high schoolers, and thus it shows a pretty big range in how the students look. Now, the main boys of Oofuri ARE only first years in high school, but when they play teams with second or third year students, those teams tend to have boys who look obviously older.

I would totally understand if people can't ship Oofuri characters by how young they look (or even by how young they actually are-- I appreciate that some people just don't ship ANYONE under the age of 18, and that's cool). But I don't want to let this misundertanding take root and have it be a reason why people shy away from looking into it! Even if you DON'T ship Oofuri characters, it's still the MOST adorable series and I'd recommend it to absolutely EVERYONE!!!
