Okay, I know a few Doctor Who vids have been done already, and this actually only summarizes the Tenth Doctor's run, but it's the funniest thing ever if you're familiar with the show, with a fantastic framing device and a mash-up of lots of songs for various characters/episodes/ideas/themes/events/arcs. Plus, I really want versions of this vid for all the other Doctors too:
