Definitely never 'hope no one noticed' because even if they don't notice THEN, they'll notice eventually, and you might have to pay something back, which would suck even more.

Contact whoever administrates your scholarship (like, not the school necessarily but whoever is paying you, there should be contact info in your scholarship paperwork somewhere) and just lay it out. Most scholarships (at least, the ones I had had in Nebraska, USA, so YMMV) seem to have some sort of one semester clause where if you can pull it back up to average out for the year, you might be okay.

And if you're polite as all get out, you might get an exception even if there isn't. Good luck, anon! Remember to breath.
