This shot is from the video for "Sing" off their Danger Days album. The fandom that OP is referring to is the fandom for The Fabulous Killjoys, which are a group of characters they created for the videos/concept around the album. It's actually a pretty interesting concept and story, if you like post-apocalyptic or punk derivative-type fiction. I admit I haven't gotten that far into the fandom, but the videos are a fun watch:

Ah, okay. I actually have the Danger Days album and I do remember the Na Na Na video, but I haven't seen their videos or heard their music after that. Thanks for the answer!
