Well, for one thing, her trauma is not confined to the past. She is working for a very scary crime boss, who controls her. She is terrified of him, and seems to be also a little afraid of Bond, or at least of the possibility that Bond will get her in trouble with her boss, and she will suffer for it. Bond convinces her that he can kill the guy and save her, and then he shows up in her shower, when she's naked, and starts kissing her. There is never really a point where she expresses interest in him other than as someone who might be able to get her out of her terrible situation, and it really wasn't clear to me whether the sex was something she wanted or something she felt she had to do as part of the deal with Bond to save her from the bad guy.

And plus--she didn't even realize that he was on the boat with her. She distinctly thought that he didn't show up. So, it wasn't like she was showering in hopes that he'd wander in for soapy lovin'. She was pretty much naked-ambushed by a guy she didn't even know for certain was alive, and whom she flirted with because she had to.

I did notice however that she had two champagne glasses set out

So maybe she was expecting him

Yes I think the whole thing was set up that she invited him. I suppose the film makers thought people would be intelligent enough to realise this. It was very much implied in the set up to the scene, with her telling him about the boat and all the flirting etc.
