It was, as people said, the title.
It was, as people said, in the trailer.
It was, as hasn't been mentioned yet (unless somebody posts before me), in the teaser.
That doesn't count as a spoiler save for the most spoiler-phobic folk (and such folk really should be watching it as it airs, since that's the only way to avoid hearing the title).
Still not the worst 'OMG, spoilers!' reaction I've seen... I once got called out for mentioning a character's name before it was used on screen. And I don't mean something like Anakin Skywalker, or Kaiser Sose - I mentioned how Osha in Game of Thrones looked exactly how I'd pictured her when I read the book.
