Batman cares for all life, but it's really, really, really weird that they had him carry out the body of the man that killed Batman's adopted son and not the mother of his child, whom he loved.

yeah, I had issues with some of the other characterization choices in the game but that one definitely made me raise my eyebrow

is the stuff with damian or jason todd canon in the game?

not to mention if the stuff with damian is canon, is how he was conceived (talia drugging and raping batman) canon as well?

There may have been some references to Todd but Damian I'm not sure.

What counts and what doesn't is hard to say. Bane breaking Batman is canon for example but Azrael apparently didn't take the mantle as he's introduced as a new character in the game.

He didn't have the chance to--Talia's body disappears during the final battle (presumably recovered by the League and taken to a Lazarus pit.) Also, I don't believe Damian is ever mentioned in either of the games and doesn't seem to exist in this universe.
