I feel you, OP. I've been watching Doctor Who and had some serious self-doubt going on--sure it would be great to be a companion, but I don't feel very clever, what if I turned out to be useless?

Donna made me feel much better though. If a temp can be a brilliant heroic awesome companion, so can I. (She was also the only companion smart enough to sit out a dangerous adventure, which was also fantastic. It's okay to sit by the pool and relax sometimes!)
