I saw no problems with it. She was waiting for him in her sleepwear with champaign so clearly she did intend to have sex with him. She was scared of Silva yes, but she was his lover and she was allowed to carry a gun around on the job so she wasn't that helpless. She could make her own decision and if she had any indication that she wasn't interested in sex, Bond would have backed off.
