So, either you aren't actually becoming like her, and need to stop being so hard on yourself, or, you've at least partially accepted that 'pretty people can do what they want', but realize that's bullshit (morally, anyway...), and have motivation to stop yourself - and, if you've got the mental wherewithal to actually drop the weight and make yourself be more outgoing, you should have the strength to avoid that trap, too.
