Do you act more friendly around them then other guys because you think their safe? They might think your flirting if they notice a difference.

Not really? In retrospect that might explain a few but usually they initiate the conversation.

It's not really even that bothering me. I can shoot down creeps no problem but... why am I repulsive to single guys?!? Is it a confidence thing? Married guys already got one woman to agree to marry them.

I used to have a similar problem with only dudes who were in their mid-30s with kids hitting on me. This was when I was 22-23ish and it used to weird me out to no end. Not that there's anything wrong with age differences or people with kids, but if there were a guy at a party, etc, who was that much older than me and had kids, he would inevitably be the dude to hit on me. It even happened online. I could never figure out exactly what vibes I was sending out that seemed to attract these dudes, but yeah, awkward.

"Used to?" So... there's a chance this is a phase? Or are you now the age of the guys hitting on you so you don't notice anymore?

This has been a thing since I was fourteen so I should be done soon right?

I'm in my 30s and I don't have as much of a problem with it now (I think the guys my age with kids have all moved on to younger pastures). I do still get the occasional dude who's significantly older than me creeping on me and just generally being a skeeze, but it's not nearly as much of a problem as it used to be. I think a lot of the skeezier guys kind of assume that once someone hits their mid-20s that they're probably taken or they just tend to lose interest, so there may be an end in sight for you? (I also tend to make it a lot clearer now that I'm interested in chicks so neckbeards need not apply, and I've gotten really good at giving off the "GO AWAY" vibes, so that might help act as some sort of pre-emptive strike. I'm not sure, though.)
