I was the only one defending Smith before he took over, now everybody loves him. It's eyerolling, even if I'm vindicated.

You know, it just depressingly occurred to me that Eleven's probably gonna be the new Seven if the show runs long enough. You'll have the fans who were there at the time going on about how much they loved him, and new people who haven't bothered to watch the stuff that's now considered old going "wait, the guy from River Song mess? He's good?"
