I tried that once.

Any suggestions for a plan for someone who ends up vomiting and then prostrate after only about half of Day One?

maybe... don't run until you vomit? (and, you know, take it easy, don't push yourself too hard, start off with longer periods of walking until you build your endurance up to day 1 of week 1, then move on from there)

Walk for an hour every day for a couple of months. Slowly increase your walking pace as much as you are able every time.

You'll be ready to start Couch to 5k in no time.

It is very likely that there is something wrong (in health, I mean) with you. A lack of proper oxygenation? A lack of nutrients? Inner ear problems? Something related to balance? Something with any other organ? Who knows, but it's worth looking into.

I couldn't handle a minute of jogging when I was younger: my sight would blur and go tunnel-like, everything sounded far away, and I couldn't get enough air.

I started packing fresh orange juice (I think it used peels and all?) to sip at during the breaks when I tried to exercise, which I was told helped with the lack of oxygenation, and little by little, over the years it actually did help.

That was just my case, though. You have to pinpoint what exactly is causing this reactions. A doctor might or might not be able to help, but maybe some googling can help you find possible causes to eliminate through trial and error.

Don't run too fast.

I'm serious, for half of these, the idea is to basically get moving, NOT to go at an all out sprint / walk. Is running fast too much? Then run slower. Is that too hard? Then jog. If jogging is too tiring, then pace your walks, do a slow and steady walk then go at a brisker pace. Repeat a week if you have to. Drink water. Never skip a rest day, postpone your exercise if you have to but never skip rest days.

And a lot of it is how you keep time. Try the couch to 5k (it's the same thing) mobile application, maybe it might help more.

Whoa, I just finished Katawa Shoujo with her (I managed to get the good ending on my first try, for once in my dating sim life!)
