Probably Tony, I don't think Bruce Wayne would participate in something like that. Unless he was doing it as part of his public persona (like if the money fight was part of a charity even or something)

Because Tony would think they were just playing, and Bruce would have rigged that money to rob his opponent of, like, four of his senses log enough to Shut Him Down For The Greater Good.
