They replaced Disqus with a more terrible commenting system that was impossible to use. Then, the editor, who wrote many of the articles, including the popular Fan Fiction Friday, moved to i09. He intended to take FFF with him, but the SJWs on i09 felt he was shaming with a feature riffing odd fan fiction. i09 killed the feature to avoid butthurt.
