Well, they may indeed like the character. But if you can't figure out what to do with it, give someone else a chance. Just cause you like the character doesn't mean you have the right to decide who can play them and what they can do. Rps are for fun, not so you can sit on a character that someone may have actually LIKED to see played and hell, might have some of their own ideas as to how to use said character. It's just kind of rude.
