US Civil war is not the only civil war ever.

I'm fairly certain that people have had this argument with you on here before, but I think it was reasonably clear from context that the reference was to the American Civil War.

But it's kinda the only one to have the 'Cowboy' theme that Firefly goes with.

But it's a show made by Americans, and that's not an entirely useless piece of information when discussing the creator's possible intentions.
And for what it's worth, I'm not an American, I watched maybe 2 episodes of that show and Serenity, and I still had the feeling it was very much inspired by that war. (The US civil war is not the only civil war ever, but not all civil wars are like the US civil war.)

The secret said the American Civil War. Given that and the clear context in talking about Westerns as a genre, that is clearly the civil war they are talking about. Stop being a jackass.
