There's the DW kinkmeme (http://knb-kink.dreamwidth.org/), although it doesn't seem to be very alive at the moment. AO3 also has a decent amount of fics.

seconding this! i've actually been suuuuper impressed by the fic output and quality in this fandom and the diversity!!! the ao3 is a good place for it imo. if the OP means art though then sorry, can't help you. try pixiv maybe (but lol that's like 99% of the art you've seen on tumblr, at least it wouldn't be reposts, and it's a bit rough to navigate if you don't know the language :/)

I can think on one, but only outside tumblr and it's not that active. Meanwhile, on tumblr there's nothing but stolen fanart for that fandom...

+1, this is true for all tumblr anime fandoms

otoh, this is also (broad-strokes) true for all tumblr fandoms. it arises pretty naturally out of the "easy posting" / resposting format.
