You would have to reach down into the toilet and bend your arm at a point that does not contain a natural joint in order to reach. Unless all of the rest of you are going elbow-deep in the toilet bowl.

What? No you don't.

Put your hand under your butt where you are sitting now, palm up. It's pretty easy. That's basically all you have to do. It's very anatomically possible. It's not like you shove your hand down into the toilet bowl and then come back up around, you kinda lean forward and reach back.

Where did you come up with this idea? If you can masturbate while sitting you can wipe your own ass while sitting. The distance is not that great, and you seriously don't need extra joints to get there.
