I can't speak for everyone, but if you like older men + younger man/woman and power dynamics in relationships, it hits some of that.

It's a little sad really, I'm more than okay with all of that, but adding in the daddy kink hits my incest squick hard and then I can't sit and enjoy the age gap in peace.

and yet another DA-yeah, love age gap pairings, May/December, even power imbalance stuff, but add in daddy-kink and I run screaming for the hills. And mommy kink, I guess, since either person in a sexual relationship calling the other "baby" squicks me too, just not as bad as "daddy." Never run into anyone being called "momma" or whatever, but that would squick me too.

Well, power differences are hot to a lot of people. Daddy kink plays into that pretty well. It's also a very emotionally intimate kind of power, imo. It puts the sub in vulnerable place, which can be pretty intense in a good way.
