(Anonymous) 2013-01-18 01:45 am (UTC)(link)that link seems pretty good. i've never thought of lemons! i should probably take iron or potassium supplements too, they might help. i don't have a livejournal so i can't post there but i can skim the comm.
i don't take any painkillers or midol or anything since they don't really seem to work on me anyway.

Regular painkillers do nothing for me either. Now I take Ponstel, it makes things bearable (still I can't anywhere on that first day... but at least I'm not vomiting and crying in pain, so it's a win)
